Wright Middle School was built in 1965 and named in honor of Robert Wright, former superintendent of Davidson County Schools. Students attending Wright live south of downtown Nashville surrounding the Nolensville Road area and are zoned to Glencliff High School. The elementary schools in the Glencliff cluster include Fall-Hamilton Enhanced Option, Glencliff, Glengarry, Glenview, Paragon Mills, and Whitsitt. The middle schools are Cameron and Wright.
